Nakafeero Rose Titus Ssuka representing Najjeera -Busibante at Kira Municipal Council (on NUP ticket) where she has been appointed to be the Executive Secretary for Health & Education is married to Mr. Ssuka with whom they are having five children.

SECONDARY SCHOOLS TO BE ISSUED WITH NEW CERTIFICATES STARTING OCTOBER:

NO MORE REGISTRATION OF COLLEGES AND HIGH SCHOOLS

Starting October 2021 the ministry of Education and Sports will embark on the process of recalling off all the Registration Certificates of Private Secondary schools in the Country and issue them with the new ones with enhanced features. The first categories to be handled are those schools in Kampala and the districts of the wider central region.

WHO IS WHO ON KIRAMUNICIPAL COUNCIL EXECUTIVE?

Kira Municipal Mayor His Worship Julius Mutebi Nsubuga has appointed and presented his Executive to The Council and all the names he presented have were approved to start working. In a unexpected way Mutebi who is a Member of The National Unit Platform appointed members from other political parties for the purposes of team work. Speaking about his Executive Mutebi said that when coming into power they came on different tickets but that chapter ended and its now about serving for the common goal.

Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, Hon. Nyirabashitsi Sarah Mateke has visited Kira Municipality to assess the performance of Covid-19 relief fund which was sent to the vulnerable in the categories which were given out by the Office of the Prime Minister.
